South Lakes at Varsity

South Lakes at Varsity is an absolute waterfront development. This project is a 3 stage development with 147 apartments in the first stage, South Lakes One, with a mix of 2 bed, 2 bed + study and 3 bed +study apartments. Construction commenced in May and we anticipate completion of South Lakes One by December 2016. South Lakes is the last of the waterfront developments to take place in Varsity Lakes and is the only northfacing development on Lake Orr. Modern luxury redefined, the South Lakes Development will feature resort style facilities such as a lap pool, spa, sauna, gymnasium, residents lounge, golf simulator, residents cinemas and mah-jong table.
